What is the PFCU Scholarship?

Princeton Federal Credit Union proudly awards three (3) $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors. These are paid jointly to awardees and their chosen accredited educational institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year. Submissions are being accepted now through April 18, 2026.


Eligibility

The applicant must be a PFCU member and be enrolled as a high school senior at the time of the application. If you are not yet a PFCU member, becoming a member is fast, easy, and FREE

Use of Scholarship Funds 

Scholarship funds may be used for tuition only at an accredited educational institution (community college, 4-year college, university, or for the 2026/2027 school year.

Completed Online Application Form -Fill out and submit the application online.

Official High School Transcripts

  • Must include cumulative non-weighted GPA on a 4.0 scale for all completed semesters.

  • Have a school administrator send transcripts in PDF format to princetonfcu@gmail.com by April 18, 2026.

Letter of Recommendation

  • From a teacher, counselor, coach, administrator, or similar.

  • Must be on school letterhead and include a signature.

  • Send in PDF format to princetonfcu@gmail.com by April 18, 2026.

Essay from the Applicant

  • The essay allows the scholarship reviewing committee to get to know you beyond your transcripts, and GPA

  • Choose an essay topic here

  • Send in PDF format to princetonfcu@gmail.com by April 18, 2026.
