Princeton Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Member Solutions Partner (MSP), who is fluent in English/Spanish or French Creole, to join our growing team. Identifying opportunities to help our members improve their financial well-being is a key responsibility. This includes making referrals as appropriate. Other key duties are processing teller transactions, developing relationships, opening and servicing accounts, and representing Princeton Federal Credit Union in branch and in public.

Candidates must have availability to work Saturdays (8:45 am to 12 pm, twice a month)
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service or retail experience preferred. Bilingual communication skills (spoken and written) in English/Spanish or French Creole. Ability to rapidly learn and retain detailed knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures required.

Princeton Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Partner (FSP)/MLO in Branch to join our growing team. Identifying opportunities to help our members improve their financial well-being is a key responsibility. This includes educating members, prospecting, providing personalized solutions surrounding loans and loan disbursements. Other key duties include developing relationships, opening and servicing accounts and representing Princeton Federal Credit Union in branch and in public.

Candidates must have availability to work Saturdays and extended hours.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Two years customer service experience required, preferably in the financial services industry. FISERV, Spectrum, or Corelation Keystone experience preferred. Ability to speak Spanish or French Creole is a plus.
You must have the ability to learn our products and procedures thoroughly and quickly.

This is an hourly paid position with an annualized compensation range between $37,000 to $45,000, subject to experience and to the qualifications of the candidate.
