- Enter
your 9 digit account number
and
PIN on the logon screen. Your PIN is the same PIN used for
CALL 24 access.
- Click
the "login" button.
- You
will be asked to select a new PIN the first time you
log into the service.
- You will be asked to set up challenge questions the first time you log into this service.
- You
may change your PIN at any time.
Note: This will not change your
PIN for the CALL 24 telephone access.
- Use
the online interactive "Help" available on any
menu or page to provide detailed instructions.

all there is to it! You can rest assured your funds will be
delivered as requested.
Bill Payer
No more stamps! Pay your bills online. Our FREE Bill Payer service
allows you to pay many of your bills online. You simply enter
your personal payment list and set up your payment schedule
on a one-time or recurring basis.

CU Direct is very safe. It has 128 bit encryption which is
the standard required for security of transactions. Your information
is kept confidential. That's why CU Direct requires the correct
account number, PIN and password to access account information.
To have access to CU Direct you will need AOL 5 or higher,
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Netscape 4.7 or higher. (This
list is not an all inclusive list nor is it meant to dictate
what browser you must use.)
