Call 24, our Telephone Banking system gives you access to your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using any touch-tone phone and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make balance inquiries, review your last five deposits and withdrawals, see if a check has cleared, transfer funds between accounts, and perform many more money management activities.

Check Your Balance

The credit union does not issue passbooks; members receive a quarterly statement. Members with Checking Accounts receive statements each month. You can check your balance whenever you wish by using the audio-response system, Call 24 or CU Direct Web Banking, available free to all members.

Withdraw Funds

To withdraw funds from your account by check, just call and identify your account by using the instructions at this link. A check will be waiting for you at the credit union office immediately after your call. For your protection, identification will be required when you arrive to pick up your check. 

Only one check withdrawal is permitted per day per account suffix.
