Your online security has always been our top priority. That’s why our ‘Enhanced Login Security’ feature is a new, state-of-the art security technology that protects your accounts from unauthorized access. It identifies you as the true “owner” of your accounts by recognizing not only your password but your computer as well.

Currently when you log in to home banking, you enter your account number and PIN to gain access. Our ‘Enhanced Login Security’ adds an additional security measure to the login process. When you log in to home banking you will be prompted to do two things: establish challenge questions for identification verification and register computers frequently used to log in to CU Direct Home Banking. (You may enroll more than one computer.)  The process is quick and easy-you’ll simply need to follow a few simple prompts.

Once you’ve added the security protection to the computer you normally use you will  simply enter your account number and PIN as you did before. Your computer will automatically be recognized. Or, if you log in from an unregistered computer, you’ll be asked to answer your challenge questions.

(Please note, the challenge questions you select will also allow you to reset your PIN yourself if you should ever forget it. If you set up PIN retrieval questions in the past these new challenge questions will replace them.)
